The following two R functions have been published as appendices in the paper Zelený & Schaffers (2012). Use them if you are familiar with R and you know what you are doing. Otherwise, use the stand-alone application described in the section Software. Note: online version of these functions was slightly modified compared to published version to ease it's use.

• envfit.iv (Appendix S2 in Zelený & Schaffers 2012, calculating modified permutation test for correlation with ordination axes)
• summary.aov.iv (Appendix S3 in Zelený & Schaffers 2012, calculating modified permutation test for ANOVA between clusters of plots)
• vltava-spe.csv and vltava-spec.eiv.csv (Appendix S4 in Zelený & Schaffers 2012, example data for the script)
